So on the long weekend I went to Banff with Dave's family. It was beautiful and the weather wasn't that great but we seemed to miss the bulk of the crappy stuff. We walked around Lake Louise and went to the lake that is on the back of the old 20 dollar bill and went up the Gondola to the top of the mountain and then walked up stairs to the other part of the mountain. It was beautiful and a great view of course there were lots of mountain goats and such! Ash's ( dave's sisters fiance) parents and brother are here from England so we all went together and saw the sights. It was good fun although Dave was accidently nailed in the head by a snowball ( the english boys' first snowball fight) and had the balance knocked right out of him! It was a bit frightening to be honest, he was running sideways because he couldn't stand up straight and ran into a couple cars before we could get a hold of him and get him onto the ground to get his head between his legs! He is just fine, it was just the impact that caused the loss of equilibrium. But Im thinking of taking a first aid class, I've heard the stories again and again. If anyone is going to get hurt doing something it will always be Dave! Not fun! Oh well, this time all is well that ends well!

Dave seriously injured by a snowball. Yup, sounds about right. Surprised he didn't break something! I think you should definently sign up for a first aid class! If Dave doesn't need it there will likely be some Kruger kids with the same aptitude for injury.
Poor Dave
sorry to hear about the accident dave....hope all brain is all back to normal now..
I love the fact that for someone who gets injured so easily he sure joined a family with little to no empathy, (notice it was the girls who married into the family who felt sorry for the guy)
