THE trip.

Well, for all of you who know my husband, you know that he is a motorcycle FANATIC. He took a big trip across the US and Canada a few years ago and ever since all he wants to go is go on another road trip (not counting the small trips we have taken for a weekend). So. Somehow...not really sure how it happened...but he convinced me to go to Seattle for our vacation this year, and to take the bike. Initially we were going to tent our way down there, and hotel it once we were in the city- but after a rainy camping long weekend, we decided that to tent in the rain would be absolute misery if we have to ride in the rain, then find a campsite, then set up the tent, then hide in the tent while our bike gear gets even wetter (it doesn't fit in the tent ) and possibly ride the next day again in the perpetually wet gear. Not really our idea of a good time. SO- we finally booked our motels for the way there! We are driving the most on our first day, then from there taking it pretty slow and just enjoy the ride. It should be an adventure thats for sure! I'm getting really exited to try something new. And after all- its now or never!
